Dear All, 

Thank you for making our project a reality! A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfilment.

Here's a quick rundown:

First, Kickstarter needed to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards, which they have now done. 

Second, we have to find out from you, your final decision on the order and if you need additional orders, and also where we need to ship them. We’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information.

We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it, and this will come in soon. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.

If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)

If you prefer, you can contact me directly and give me your information, but answering your survey help us get your rewards out to you faster. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact us at [email protected].

Thank you so much. We have come so far in such a little time. 

With your help, we have achieved and even surpassed our goal. 

Your backing is very valuable in many ways. It gives us the confidence that you see value in our product and its story, and of course in us. We are grateful for the confidence reposed on us. 

We are not resting on our oars. We are working hard to get your favourite Yozobo drink to you. We have scheduled a production day for this May, and all going well, we are looking to start shipping in June 2021. 

At this stage, Kickstarter would have already taken payments from you. So just in case, you see the payment being taken off, this is the first time it is being done, as you were not going to be charged until we hit our funding goal on the 28th of April 2021. 

Over the next few days, you will be receiving some surveys from us. We will get more information about your rewards, shipping addresses, preferences, etc. There will also be options to buy more products at good rates.

Thank you all so much. We've come so far in very little time. We are now fully funded, which  means with certainty, you will all be getting your very own Yozobo drink soon. 

We still have a few days left on the campaign, and are still open to give out more rewards.
